To the assistant manager. I know im late and i admit that, but theres a lot good ways how to say , "if you can not come on time, please call us" and your face is really mess up talking to me like that. I am working as sa sales manager too, thats not the right way presenting/replying yourself to the customers. By the way, my kid is in the hospital thats why im late. You truck has no left headlight too. I think you are the assistant manager there and your name is Dan thats what your boys telling me there, there are a lot of bad comments to you there, you work in the closing. And to the lady who assist me , im asking atleast a little bit of extension, then you reply you will charge me one day for 2 hour late return, because my wife will come from oroville after work. Please loosen up, please be considerate. I know Bronson sice 2015, he is a nice and cool guy, i remember his car as cool as his attitude and high regards to the customers. Try to listen to him. 1 star for the both of yoy. 5 star for bronson.

We had issues with a moving company and had to cancel services. We went to the UHAUL outfit located on country dr in chico. there service and attitude was excellent! Highly recommend to anyone

There was a lot medium body damage to the truck, It really should be fixed. 600 Country Drive and the Portland Lombard location have to many boxes stuffed in the lobby I felt cluster phobic. But as far as customer service goes you've got some great employees at both locations!

Loren was very helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. Mit a great experience using the app. I reserved the trailer through the app but I could not self check in. It kept making me go back and start over. Which was frustrating and a waste of time.

If an equipment a customer booked is not available for pickup, it will be prudent to contact the customer with alternatives before he/she gets there. Do not wait for the customer to get there before you try to figure service recovery options. It will be counterproductive.

I’ve been at this location for local moves and projects too big for my vehicle. They’ve always done a great job of getting me in and out and emailing my receipts etc. only complaint this time was the truck was older and the cab was pretty grubby. But after I wipe down the doors and steering wheel and seats it was acceptable

Had to pick up the equipment from two different locations. You wouldn’t think this would be that hard to do but there was no coordination between the two as to their policies regarding picking up the trailer and having the truck ready at the other location. Plus one location would not let us drop the trailer for a while to allow us to go get the car. Then, despite telling the agent that once we got the car loaded we wanted to leave the loaded trailer there in their yard for a few hours while we loaded the truck, he didn’t tell us until after we loaded the car that we couldn’t unhitch a loaded trailer. At the drop off location wasn’t able to easily navigate the self checkin online for an after hours drop at the trailer drop off spot and waited on hold for close to an hour on the phone but no one picked up. On the scheduled drop off date had to drop the trailer at one location and the truck at another. Trailer drop off went OK. Truck drop off wasn’t as lucky. Attendant was no on site when we arrived but showed up about half hour later after we’d been on the phone with several central U-Haul folks trying to explain to them that I knew how to enable location on my phone but for some reason your site wasn’t sensing my location. Hung up with central U-Haul when attendant showed up but she had trouble checking me in on her online system and had to make a few calls to figure that out. Eventually got it turned in. Equipment was absolutely great but the pickup and drop off experience was a nightmare and much harder and frustrating than it had to be. Met a bunch of friendly and helpful U-Haul folks along the way but overall frustrating...

We waited over an hour while they located someone to open the dang door! Then (though we were there first) they waited on 8 other customers before they got to us. Then they asked us all the same questions they did on the phone the night before when we made our reservation. It was entirely frustrating. If they didn't have a monopoly in this area, we would never use this place again. Horrible customer service. They should fire whoever it was that was supposed to be there at 7 am and never showed up.

The trailer running lights did not work. The trailer was supposed to have a loading ramp and did not. The person helping my wife when she returned the trailer was rude to her. Overall i would say my experience here was poor.
