Well with full lack of communication with are rude helper when we first got there I wanted to go the whole 24 hours since it was the same cost from one hour to 24 and he incorrectly put it in I was receiving phone calls the next day asking when I was going to return it cuz I was late and I tried to explain to them why when I called the store to explain the misunderstanding between me and the lowest argic cashier she told me I'd have to pay an extra day because I was late on returning and I explained to her again it was miscommunication on her employees part why would I have to pay out-of-pocket for that and she was completely rude herself then I asked for an extra day on top of that and obviously was not communicated or put into black and white writing I have no idea why I'm being charged so extremely high if I would had any idea of the rates exceeding to this extreme amount I would have never rented from you guys I would have went budget cuz they are completely cheaper all the way around but now. When I went to return the vehicle I was grabbing my stuff out of it and putting it into my personal car at that time a younger kid starts yelling at me and telling me you're probably going to have to go inside this going to be additional charges I said I'm totally aware of that that's why I'm just putting stuff in my car and then I had one box in the back that needed to go into the trash bin that I totally forgot about and he starts yelling at me about that at that time between your customer service and your employees I left and you guys can charge me whatever because this is totally ridiculous with horrible customer service from the moment I rented the U-Haul to the moment I returned it to the moment I called customer service to try to get it extension total lack of communication rudeness extremely rudeness I am a customer service representative for a very big company in I Stand My Ground and that's why we are where we are in this situation

When dropping off the trailer I asked to use the restroom and let staff member know my Keys were in the ignition if they needed to move it, older staff member said no that wouldnâ€™t be necessary after using the restroom this being my first time renting and dropping of a trailer I did not know the process and I was standing in front of the service counter and he said â€œsir you are all set you can go Knowâ€ I asked â€œdo I need to sign anything?â€ He replied â€œknow sir you can leave know you are blocking the driveway!â€ What kind of attitude was that? I told staff!! Where my keys were, and they had my permission to move my truck if needed. That really mad me mad
Truck ran well. Easy pick-Up and drop off. A bit on the expensive side. But it worked.
Fast and easy pick up. They didnâ€™t have the size trailer I requested but gave me the next size larger at the same cost.

We ordered 2 6x12 Cargo trailers. I called a day early to make sure they had both trailers at the location. They did not, but by calling a day ahead they were able to accommodate our order and have them at 8:00 am. the following morning for pickup. Thank you!

It was difficult to see the personnel at the counter, when you first walk in the door, because of the displays.
Customer service horrible!! the gentleman who help me was straight rude. his demeanor was not welcoming.
The national office told me to switch trucks out at Chico. The first rep at this office was NO help and was going to charge my account for dropping the truck off at the wrong location AND for a full second truck. I called the national line and talked to 2 people. They did not help me. Then my driver talked to someone and got an emergency upgrade. The second rep at Chico WAS helpful and spent a lot of time trying to straighten everything out for me for which I am grateful. This whole experience took several hours. â€¢You may improve your procedures for upgrading trucks and make that process easy to find for both your customer service reps and the location sites. â€¢The notes your customer service reps wrote on my account was not accessible at the location sites. This would have helped them save time and not have to spend so much time figuring out what to do and how to do it.
I did not receive my receipt via email as arranged. Trying to call the number did not ring (no connection), which was probably the problem. Someone needs to fix the phone line!!

I am extremely disappointed with Uhaul, youâ€™re pure lack of customer service is beyond unprofessional. When picking up a truck it should be full of fuel. Mine was almost empty and I was told I had to bring it back with more than received. When renting a vehicle I expect to have an easy transaction, not the case here. When returning you must create a profile with your company just so you can get my email address. This is ridiculous. And upon return, you demand we use your website which has you jumping through hoops trying to use the "return truck" icon which only redirects you to reservations. Spending twenty minutes in a shady area of Sacramento Ca, I give up and drop the keys and contract in the drop slot and only to wake up and be charged twenty dollars for an employee to do their job. Not only that showing on my receipt, I returned the truck over three quarters full of fuel with no credit. I am very disappointed. This is not a way to treat youâ€™re customers.
great group to work with, hate the central customer service that intercepts every phone call and pretends to be local. I wish companies stopped this practice. The worst was Sears, see where it got them.
We reserved a 20ft truck and upon arrival were told that the 20ft was not available and were given a 26ft trailer. I was not comfortable driving the larger vechicle but really had no choice. If I had known that the 20 ft was not available at that location I would have gone to a different pick up location.
The 6x12' trailer leaked and ruined family photos and some old quilts from great grandma.. The company acted like no big deal and it is a big deal. We just spent a week packing up grandmas house and some of our precious memories were ruined. You acted like oh well file a claim. HA
rented two trucks over filled the 1st by about 7-8 gal, did not fill the second with enough gas, son was charged an additional $40, why no credit for the overage. would recommend location based upon availability.
Get more modern trucks that donâ€™t drive like a bucket of bolts . The service was but thatâ€™s uhaul needed some work . It felt like the transmission was going to give out on the freeway . No back up cameras etc .
