It was hard to figure out how to get into the lot in the evening when they are not open. But once you move the barricades, it was easy to get in and leave the keys.

Lisa RWas disappointed in the requirement by the site manager to back up the trailer attached to a UHaul truck into the “proper” location in their yard or I would be back charge for the time it took them to back in the trailer.
Patrick MI was told that if I did not back up the trailer into the proper location in their yard I would be back charged for the time it took them to back up the trailer. Again very disappointed. While the equipment was in good mechanical condition the cleanliness and petty request to put the trailer in the proper location will make me recommend UHaul with reservations.
Patrick MHe just told us to park it and put chucks under tires . He was fine.
