The employees where the rental was located were extremely rude and the uhaul truck had some trash inside that hadn’t been cleaned out but otherwise was clean
Lacey WVERY sketchy location. Homeless people set up right outside where the trucks are kept, and everything. We didn't feel comfortable leaving our personal car there while we ran a short errand with the truck. Uhaul should find a new location in town. The uhaul itself was in decent shape, but it had some interior damage that wasn't able to be documented on the check in process.
Tracy BStaff was excellent, truck was great. Only issue was that the fuel gauge would not register the truck as being full. Recommend for a renter to take pictures of these things, 1. the license plate 2. the fuel gauge in the cab console and 3. the fuel gauge at the actual gas intake. But the pickup place was awesome, the person we worked with was great! Highly recommended!
