I was charged for blankets that I did not receive. I will given a dolly that I did not order. $130 for a daily rental from a location that is only 20 miles was very unexpected as I have used Uhaul for many of my moves and have never had to pay 0,99 per mile for gas. I will use Penske moving forward.

Poor customer service charged $20 for after hours drop which is terrible simply parked the truck and dropped the keys in the lockbox which is what it is used for. Also charged $9.00 for gas which was returned at the same amount I got the truck with.
Todd SThis was a mobile drop off, the drop off location wasn’t opened so no one helped me and I never entered the building so I don’t know about the condition.
Bruce SThe location was good - convenient and the drop off was easy but the parking lot and the signage for the business needs more lighting. It was pretty dark and for safety reasons, it would be helpful to have more light on the parking lot.
Michael GTruck was dirty in the cab and the cargo area. The cup holders and accessory areas were sticky and had sokething all over them. Leaves and dirt all over floor of cab.
