Dropoff was very unclear and we wasted a lot of time. Door said we should call a phone number--did twice and never heard back. Didn't have a number to contact UHaul directly for assistance. Eventually figured out the online dropoff method which did seem to work fine but wish we would've known we would have to do it that way from the beginning.
