I rented the truck not knowing that a lock was on the back which wasted 4 hours trying to fix that problem with no reimbursement from U-Haul for lost time and inconvenience.

Melody W.The truck was not ready upon arrival. It was missing 2 items we reserved, blankets and a furniture dolly. The truck was clean, but smelled very badly of cigarette smoke inside the cabin. Very offensive to a non smoker. The pickup location was great for us and the e-check in for drop off was very convenient.
