i didn’t have a dolly in my truck when i paid for it the worker inside was very rude to me and would not help me
pedro sOur destination was in a small town and we chose the closest return option to my mom's house, but the dropoff location (convenience store/gas station) told us that they didn't handle U-haul anymore. But, there was a U-haul sign in the window, and when we called customer service, they advised us to leave it at this location because it was after hours and they couldn't change the dropoff location. So we followed the instructions in the app and left it there. We followed up with another phone call to customer service and they assured us that the return had been received in the system. This location should remove themselves from the U-haul list of locations if they are no longer working with U-haul.
Angie JMake sure you that when a customer request items and a truck in advance it is honored. Also please vett the company's that you out source your trucks to be picked up at bc my first location was blantaly racist and refused to rent us the truck. If it wasn't for me calling customer service to cancel and find another location she would have charged us and not given us the truck. The next place which was Krishna was wonderful and was so willing to help and get us what we needed. He even helped us look at near by places for adolly that we originally requested with the truck. He should be a prime location.
emory pI had a terrible rental experience with Uhaul. The reservation was not honored as scheduled. When I finally got a rental it was farther away and instead of .79 cents a mile they charged me .99 cents a mile. This reservation cost me a day and a half and there is no one to talk too about the issue. I was on hold 2 times and was disconnect after being transferred around the system both times. Uhaul is as bad as an insurance company when it comes to customers.
