The equipment (Truck) was relatively clean, meaning there was some trash and a lot of pet/animal hair. The Mobile Pick up option is very confusing and cumbersome... a lot of the steps to complete the pick should be done prior to arrival. There isn't any prior information or prep shared prior to the realization that I need to actually call someone to wak me thru process. Nore: the location may not be the best area or weather conditions to stand outside for pics and such. It took time and even thought customer service was great, the process was not the best.

Mike JThe truck was clean but the jack to plug in a phone to stream content wasn’t working. This would be fine for around town moves but a for a 6 hour drive it was a serious bummer!
ANNE HThe app system to pick up and drop off is glitchy and a nightmare. I had to call the help line and wait on hold for 10 mins three different time. I will never do that again. And the original truck I was supposed to pick up was blocked in. So I had to go to another location. It was so frustrating! I will rent somewhere else next time.
Erin AThis was my worst experience ever . No one was here and no one answered the phone number given . I ended up having to call another location to help me . I would NEVER do this again . This whole process took about and hour and a half to finally get on the road with the truck .
