JOHN DOn arrival to pick up the UHaul, I had picked self service which I quickly realized was not possible there. There was a man behind a closed door to the storage unit who had to give me the key and help me process my request, who had been watching us on the cameras very visibly confused on how to obtain the UHaul / check in / etc. We had to ring the doorbell to see if anyone was inside, where he then opened the garage to give us the keys. The whole experience was odd / uncomfortable and took longer than expected or needed to. Other than that, the facility appears clean and the truck was what would be expected.
