Employees didn't hook up or check to make sure that I hooked the trailer up correctly. When I returned the trailer the employee never came outside to make sure the trailer wasn't damaged.

I would have liked to have gotten an itemized receipt.
THOMAS GTruck was in poor condition. The inside was dirty and had trash in it. The passenger door was so damaged that it was hard to keep the door latched.
