Went to drop off the vehicle and it said it was a no drop off zone. Had to wait while employee at pickup re added all thr income because your system doesn't carry over information.

My only complaint is that computer updates should not be done on the weekend or during business hours. The computer was very slow and we were patient but it is not fair to your employees . It makes their job difficult when they have to deal with people who are not patient .

My experience renting a 9’ van was mostly very good. Samir, the associate who answered questions about the van’s pick-up in the AM was knowledgeable about the online pick-up and return system I was using for the first time. He was amiable and patient. The return part did not go as well. I hadn’t checked the instructions for the return, and pulled the van into the equipment return lane. After waiting several minutes, I checked the instructions via my cell phone and ended up parking the van in a spot near to where I had picked it up. I followed the steps, which indicated I was to park the van, and I completed the return online. It was like the reverse of picking it up- taking pictures of the odometer and gas gauge, filling in numbers and taking pictures of the body and interior of the vehicle. I was just walking up to drop the keys in the return box when I was told by an employee that I wasn’t supposed to park the vehicle, that I needed to return it via the equipment return lane. I said I had been there initially, but no one was available to check it in. He discounted the information I gave about using the online return system. I felt as if I were being scolded. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice his name. He turned an excellent experience into something sour.

I got charged twice ! One final charge of $96.60 per my contract and then today another $85 and when I call uhaul they said I should leave a review first !!!!! Can I please get my refund already ???

Reserved an appliance dolly a week in advance, but when we arrived, they had no appliance dolly or even a regular dolly. They through a furniture dolly in the truck that we were probably charged for that was useless for moving heavy appliances. It's time to update the fleet to vehicle with cruise control that would help improve the drivability and gas mileage.

I got a vehicle with a different license plate other than the assigned one on my contract. It is partially my fault for not verifying the details on the contract before leaving the parking lot. However you would assume the assistant who provide me the vehicle would check the paperwork too before releasing the truck to the customer. I would also suggest assistants ask the customer if they can help answer any questions/concerns about the vehicle. In my case I was the one asking while the assistant just want to leave.
