Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe gentleman who helped me was professional and friendly. I inadvertently left the parking lights on in the vehicle after I’d already put the key in the drop box late at night. I also kept a blanket and didn’t realize it. Hopefully, I can take it back and get a refund if I was charged, as I have completed my move at this point and don’t need it.
Tommy PThe truck I rented was behind a locked fence and there was no one available to get me.the keys or the truck so after a short call with customer service they were able to. Remedy this situation and I got my truck and was on my way. However prior to leaving I took many pictures of dirt ashes tools and trash left inside the truck. But again no-one was around to get it taken care of. To be completely honest I was going to ask for a refund just because of the whole experience and how dirty the truck was.
RAYMOND CWhen I received the UHaul I video the truck when I picked it up and it was dirty with muddy footprints, and the directions where to pick it up wasn't accurate, it took me 45 minutes to find the place. Not too happy!!
Donna SThe U-Haul smelled like cigarette smoke, it was dirty in the cab and in the very back. Trying to get in contact with anyone in the office sucked. I had to call the 800 number like 3-4 times and they were so very helpful. I will never use the U-Haul app again. Worst experience ever!!
