App wasn't working for the pictures. No details about where the lockbox was. No details on where to drop off truck. Location is poor. No where safe to park car or signs where I can park my car while I have the truck.

Took over an hour at Uhaul due to Uhaul fucking up my truck and car dolly order royally! I reserved the truck and car dolly at the Woodland Park, CO location. The idiots in Woodland Park split my order and had me picking up the truck 24 miles away from Woodland Park, at the North Nevada location at the EXACT same time as the car Dolly pick up in Woodland Park. Fucking RETARDS!! I will NEVER again use Uhaul for any reason whatsoever! I'll never recommend Uhaul to anyone. The Woodland Park, CO Uhaul location needs to be shut down. They won't answer their fucking phone, they don't process orders correctly, etc. WORST moving experience in my lifetime and I've moved over 53 times in 54 years.
Ami MDid not have boxes or supplies so we had to make an additional stop. Discussed changing drop off location however, contract was not updated to include the change of pickup location or the additional day even though rep made the changes to contract at pickup. Staff were friendly.

GEORGE SAfter telling the guy behind the counter numerous times to make sure that the insurance was there and the other where if a key gets locked in the truck, I’m covered. He said everything‘s in there and it wasn’t. Because I looked he’s in the car accidentally and they wanted to charge me $250 so he lied to me. The guy that works at that location should not be in customer service whatsoever, but the woman that you call to try to fix things tries to brush it off of her plate because “I’m sick“ but I’m locked out of my truck and she wants me to sit there while it started until the next day in a hotel parking lot. Because that made sense to her.
