ELLEN GThe drop off location was TERRIBLE!! When I walked into the gas station I went directly to the front counter to ask where I need to return the truck. The cashier completely ignored me and after he was done watching his phone he said "what do you want" I explained to him that I was there to return a moving truck. He was extremely rude and was talking down to me asking "you clean it? Why is it not parked in back lot" I explained to him I was not sure where to park the truck because there were no signs. He then proceeded to shake his head and speak in a foreign language. He then told me "go over there in back and wait". I happily did and another gentleman came up and I asked him where to park the truck he said park it around the back which I did. I went back into this gas station and handed him the key. He asked if I put gas in the and cleaned it "so he dont have to" I explained to him that I filled the tank completely up even though I left with 3/4 thank and told him I swept the back out and the interior was the exact same condition but I did sweep it out. Ibthen asked him if there was anything else I needed to do or sign he said no then walked away. Never received any paperwork, never signed anything, never went out to inspect the truck or anything. These employees at the gas station were extremely extremely rude and I am shocked that U Haul continues to allow this location to return equipment or even rent it. Its also concerning that the truck was never inspected or checked in with me the customer as well as not receiving any paperwork nor signing anything!!!
