Gas station attendant had to make a phone call to his manager, placed his phone on speaker after a few minutes. Took me over to a counter area and I had to deal with the person over the phone. Now I am hearing impaired. Hearing aids in each ear. Plus they were foriegn. Accent made communication much worse. Was very skeptical of using the link that was text to me to take pictures of my drivers license. This took quite some time and finally I guess after it was all set, the attendant said I was good to go. I went out and hooked it all up. He came out and took a picture of the hookup and that was it. Any other time we have rented U-Hauls, they usually hooked it up, made sure the lights all were in working order in the back. That did not happen at this place. I will definitly find another location to rent from in that area next time.

Kathryn WWe got more help from customer service than the drop off location. They just said park it.
JAMES JI picked up after hours. The app would not take my picture so I got stuck. I tried multiple times shutting off the app and reopening it to no avail. Was on hold for 20-30 minutes and then spoke to a uhaul guy for another 20 or 30 before I could finally pick up my truck. On line guy great. I have rented from U-Haul multiple times and don’t know why I had to go through all these extra steps to try to pick up this particular truck. Then when I finally got my picture into the app, it requested contact information to call somebody to confirm it was me. Your app needs much improvement.
