I didn't get the employee's name, but she worked very hard to try to find me a truck once the one I had reserved had to be taken out of service. She really went above and beyond. She also checked me in and out on the day of my rental and was super nice and organized and really helpful. You need more people like her.

James Y.Radio has an electrical problem. Will get power at times if you go over RR tracks.
James R.Building was closed already but the two team members were outside and were very friendly/helpful. The man even asked if he could take any trash from us because there was no garbage can outside and that he would take it around back. Very kind and helpful.
