Taylor HI am very disappointed in the services that I received from start to finish. First of all my preferred U-Haul pickup was not the same location. I received three different locations to pick up from. That was frustrating, second the was the return of equipment was just as bad. I tried 3 U-Haul locations in Augusta, GA to drop of vehicle, before I found one that was open and that the location had not gone out of business. Then I get charged extra for equipment that I was not charged for in the beginning, such as pads. I will NEVER be using U-Haul again, I will let all my family and friends know about this experience.

TERRELL BI rented equipment that was not in the truck and no one was on site to be able to assist me with the items I needed. Ensure that all trucks are well equipped, have the proper tools that the customer has requested to be able to complete the job they are trying to complete.
