The vehicle I ordered was not returned in time in order for me to pick it up so I was transferred to another location. I was suppose to be at the location on Airport Thruway in Columbus but got sent to the 10th Avenue location which added 20 miles to my trip which I had to pay an extra $10. They did give me a break of $.20 per mile but I think that it was no fault of mine that I had to incur this extra charge. Also, it might be wiser to have more than one customer service rep working on the weekend. She did the best she could but the wait of 20 minutes to handle another customer was not helpful to me nor those who were assisting me in my move.Kevin E.

I would recommend this location only because they seem to always have several trucks on site. It is in a difficult location to get into, with limited customer parking that is difficult to get to. I reserved a furniture dolly a month before my move, and they did not have one when I arrived to pick up the truck. The clerk acted like he did not even want to be there.PATRICIA D.
Lacesha (I think thats her name) was absolutely horrible. She had no idea how to back up a trailer. We run campgrounds and have been pulling, backing, & parking trailers for over 20 years but because of her directions she got us in a dangerous pickle while she yelled at us. We knew if we continued to follow her direction we would hit a parked car with the trailer leaving us liable for damage she clearly caused. She was condescending and rude. There was a man who tried to help and she yelled at him too. He even gave me his phone number for you to verify her very apparent lack of her customer service skills. It got to a point where my very patient husband put the truck in park and got out to drop the trailer right where it was because she just would not stop yelling at him and me. After we dropped the trailer she continued to badger us...it was relentless. We had a storage at this location several years ago and really liked the agents at that time so we chose to go out of our way to return the unit there so we could say hi and catch up. The experience was beyond disappointing. We will never use or recommend that location againPAMELA G.

I am so upset I was charged 2 times for the same service I have been calling for a week first I was told that the charges was pending charges but I advise the mgr manager that the charges had posted on both of my cards then she advise me to wait a couple of day then I called back on Thursday spoke with another rep which was very helpful advise me that the store manager Misty would be calling me and I never received a call back from her....ANGELA J.
The rates were very misleading. The clerk told me that if I didn't go over 100 miles a day that my rate would be $19.95 a day. I didn't even come close to 100 miles a day. I had the rental for 7 days and I only went 500+ miles, and my total came to $325. Very misleading!MARCUS K.
To make sure you team is correctly entering the correct mileage on the uhaul, to ensure that you guys app work for after hours drop off. I was charged for an extra day when I put the van back on you guys lot by using the app around 4:30-5:00 on Sunday March 7, 2021. Please pull your cameras and you will see that it was dropped off and parked exactly where I left it at.Tiffany W.

Somehow the mileage I was charged for was over 100 miles from the actual mileage used, and I was charged for one more day than I actually had it. The truck itself sounded like it wanted to shut down when idling and the headlights were so dim you could barely see at night. Thank goodness I took pictures when dropping it off. I sent the picture of the mileage to the main office and they are sending a refund but none of that should have been necessary. The staff was very nice but how nice can I really say they were when someone enters info that basically costs you more than $400 more than you should have been charged?CHRISTOPHER B.
