It was extremely hot, the building was not climate controlled. There was only two rollers dollies available and they were small.

Alfredrick H | First ImpressionsThe manager and all the staff members are awesome. The are always friendly and helpful. We moved from Oklahoma to Columbus GA. I didn't feel comfortable dropping the car towing equipment at the burnt down building I was directed to go to, instead of the Uhaul place actually being run, and in a safer location in town. I work for the government and would not leave anything at the destroyed business. I still had to unpack the truck. So I was told when I needed to be back with the truck, to avoid late fees. We drove straight through from Oklahoma and at 55 miles per hour in a truck whose brakes were very questionable, it was not a good drive. I also am a licensed CDL Driver, and that Uhaul which I reported should not be rented out until thorough maintenance was completed, was messed up. Anyway we arrived safely. And if I were to get a position with a state agency, I would not hesitate to to lease at the 930 10th Ave Columbus, GA 31901, location. The young man he help me start and close my 1133 storage rental is amazing and needs an award, or monetary bonus of some kind. Thank you for being there for my family. Respectfully, Lydia B. JASMINE B | Overall ExperienceStaff is unfriendly. They make up policies as they go. Prices were not as advertised in the store. Staff members are never on the same page. Have been to this establishment twice and both times 5/10. They didn’t even care to spell my name correctly.
darrious g | First ImpressionsThe storage got a good safety features with the CCTV and key card features. The only drawback is the parking during unloading things to be stored.
