Customer service was great, the truck was nada t in the best condition and it had no A/C what it was ok due that I was driving a short distance.

Maggie Z.Bad customer service. I had to leave my 10lb dog outside in 100 degree whether while the rude male clerk took too long to complete the transaction. While no dogs may be the business "policy" sometimes there has to be some allowance. I should've been allowed to pick her up as she is very small. If it wasn't for being ran around from location to location as reservations were not fulfilled multiple times at several locations I wouldn't have had her with me. Noted, I won't be back .
