The lockbox was already unlocked when I got to it. Luckily the key was still in there.

I returned the cargo van with MORE gas in the tank than when I got it a day earlier. I was charged a fuel charge and gas by the Carry Out. Should not have been. It took me an hour or more to straighten it out. Thanks to your very helpful ladies in the U-Haul call center, they were a big help. The Victorian Carry Out is a busy place and mistakes sometimes happen. I just don’t want it every time I rent a vehicle. I plan on renting from them 5 more times this Fall. Generally they are good to work with, but when mistakes like this are made, I have to make all the effort to correct it, they don’t!

Craig FAfter reading the other reviews here, I was apprehensive to rent from this location. However, after having used this location I can say my experience was more than satisfactory. I placed the reservation for my U-Haul van online and picked it up in person at the desk. After speaking to the employees, I had the keys in hand within 5-10 mins of my arrival. Yes the van was a bit dirty inside and was low on gas, but it’s a rental moving vehicle — this should be expected. Returning the vehicle was extremely easy as well: I filled the tank to the level it was when I picked it up, parked it in the lot, and dropped the keys in the drop box. I understand that during heavy moving seasons (like the summer) renting vehicles can get frustrating due to the high demand, but I felt that most of the other reviews are unfair and not at all like what I experienced. I could not have imagined an easier process, and would rent from this location again.
Jonah CMy rental had almost "0" gas in it when I picked it up. I rented for a day, but was asked how many hours I would have the rental, so they could rent it again.
