The key was difficult to turn, thus it was a bit hard to start the engine. But I might just have weak hands;)!

Cherif TOwner is rude and condescending. Bad interaction during pick up and just as bad during drop off. Made me feel like an inconvenience and made snide remarks under his breath. Won’t return! Equipment was well maintained though, I just prefer a more professional experience.
Maria FThe truck we were given had a space between the bottom of the driver's door and the frame. Thedoor really would not shut all the way. The interior of the cabin was dirty. We have never rented a U-Haul truck before in this kind of condition.
Christopher BEverything was fine for me. I didn't have any problems or major issues at all. I'll recommend this particular location to anyone. The service representative we're through and very knowledgeable of any and all information needed. So if you need a Uhaul rental go on over to Frank's on Riverside Road, they'll treat you right.
