The only issue I had was with the app not recognizing my location no matter what I did or tried. Other than that delay everything went smoothly.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisCame to pick up the truck and called the phone number posted above the box. After all information was exchanged. Including payment processed. He gave me the passcode to open box 1, there was no key in the box. The guy that was working at the location cleaning cars went to look in the office for the key and couldn’t find it. We opened box two and three. Still no key. Finally the guy on the phone had the guy check the key drop off box and there the key was. Which tells me that no one checked to make sure the vehicle was in appropriate condition to be rented to us. The truck didn’t have much gas at all so immediately had to fill up after already running late. Very unorganized and annoying experience
Haylie WThe employee who checked me in did not give me a receipt when I asked and then the location did not check in my truck on Saturday when I returned it until Tuesday after I had contacted UHaul twice. They billed me $118 for the 2 additional days and then only refunded me $116 after I opened an incident with UHaul. The place was also chaotic and did not have clear instructions or a process for returns.
