Service wasn't bad but truck cab was filthy, radio didn't work, was supposed to have appliance dolley tried 6 different place including one of your superstores so not only did the rental cost me more money but I also had to drive around so I had to cost me more mileage as well so I probably ended up costing me about $35 because of you guys not having the appliance dolly probably won't use U-haul if I can help it
DOUGLAS SIt’s hard to rate this U-Haul experience this time around. We arrived at 9:20 for a 9:30 pickup to find a sign on the door that the location would be closed through (it doesn’t matter). Now what? I tried the number on the door, nothing. After a bit, I found a number to U-Haul. A nice representative transferred my call to a scheduler that was able to get me in a truck but not the 2 dollies I requested. My wife needed to drive to a separate location to pick up the dollies. The truck was old and drove like it. Someone needs to look at the engine and suspension, or just let ole Bessie go in peace. If there was someone at the location when I returned it, I would have asked for a refund. I am asking you now through this portal for a refund.
