This location was not easy to deal with. The owner/operator seemed like he didn't have time to help me withe this rental. He directed me to the UHaul website. I insisted that he help and he finally did. He failed to relay that a tail light was hanging by its wires. He also failed to tell me that the radio DID NOT WORK!. This was problematic. I couldn't use my phone nor enojoy music or podcasts to pass the time. I would appreciate a partial refund as a result. I think it is reasonable to expect a working radio. If I had known, I certainly would have asked for a different truck. Please get in touch regarding this deficency.

Truck cab was very clean. The lady in the office was very helpful and kind. The back of the truck had some debris and smelled like some kind of animal urine. Overall besides the back of the truck I had a great experience.
Taylor SI guess it was clean but not inviting. Just a parking lot with several businesses using it.
Fred GTruck had drywall dust or some white powder in the back, interior of cab needed cleaned. Excellent customer service at this location! Very helpful!! Type of store an eclectic mix, but the ladies were super helpful. Truck ran well, no issues.
