I picked a uhaul center to pick up. You changed it to this location. It was hard to find as limited signage. Was a small convenience store turned i to a vaping/pot parafanalia and gambling store . They were not aware I was coming so there was a delay. Then I had to hook up the trailer myself so she didn't have to close the gambling. She then took a Pic of what I did and I was on my way. Don't change the locations. We pick them for a reason.

Needed more like lighting
RICHARD HNot have the pickup location located inside a convenience store. The paperwork was being done next to jars of condoms, vapes and sex pills. A picture of my ID had to be taken with the phone of the store employee in order to complete the U-HAUL paperwork online. Didn’t feel safe with my information or where it would end up. Store was very busy and only had one employee there running the cashier, drive thru and U-HAUL paperwork. I had to ask the employee if he needed to come and check the equipment or even see the equipment we were leaving with. Overall experience was sketchy and didn’t feel like my information was safe what so ever.
ALLESYN AThe gas station attendant had no Wi-Fi and was put in a bad situation because he could not check me in, tried to pawn me off on another location, and then called his manager who told me it’s my day off I cannot help you and hung up on me.
