Hire new management at the primary location on Santa Rosa Ave. in Santa Rosa, where staff is disorganized and service is very slow compared to the ease of Larson’s Feed location.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe parking lot needs to be flattened out! I fell over and twisted my ankle doing the walk around to take the photos. Besides that the staf is great and helpful and accommodating.
JESSE LLarsen's Feed was a fine location. The making me change 2 times to find a truck when I could have found one in my town would have been easier. I was supposed to have a 15 foot truck in my town. I got called twice to change locations only to end up with a 20 foot truck 10 miles away. I am sure their was a 20 footer in my own town so I can save mileage and gas but I didnt have time to check. This was a very frustrating experience and I want like some kind of reimbursement and not a free upgrade to a 20 foot truck when you didnt have any other sizes.
