This spot was closed when we returned the truck. We carried out the steps required by uhaul as best we could, however cell service was spotty at best, so we hope oue entries went through. The location looked like a crowded junk yard. It was unclear where to leave the 15’ truck and it required doing the best we could at a dangerous spot on the side of a state highway. While this spot was close to our home, we won’t use it again and prefer something safer.

Lisa DThe location that I picked up from "Bob's Service Center" was permanently closed. When I called to confirm no one informed me of this. When I called the number for the location it just rang and rang. There were two uhaul vehicles parked out front of what appeared to be a vehicle graveyard. Looked like no one had been there in 30 years off of a random road, Route 23 in upstate NY. The service agent I spoke with was very patient. But it was also in a area where there was terrible service. It was a very inconsistent experience from previous rentals I have had.
Justin GGave them notice of the bad reception area, also gave them more details of the keys slot drop box is and they should be fine.
