I am a non smoker and I know you can't stop people from smoking in the rental but it smelled so bad of smoke and there were ashes everywhere in the cab. There was a sticky mess in all of the cup holders. Not to mention the current situation the vehicle should be cleaned.BARTHOLOMEW S.

You can honor a confirmed reservation. I reserved a 26' truck. The day before I was to pick up, the owner called me to tell me that someone else, someone without a reservation, needed the truck to move to Conroe. I confirmed my reservation for the truck for January 2, 2021. When I arrived on January 2nd, the owner informed me that UHAUL overrode his decision and gave the truck the the person without a reservation. I do not believe that someone overrode the decision. I believe that more money was to be made with the secondary client, regardless of the fact that I am a repeat customer to that particular location. What can be done is that reservations can be honored. Crockett is very small and rental venues very limited. Honor and integrity are important to me an should be to the brand. Because I had to get a smaller truck, I had to pay the movers for more hours because the 20' truck could not accommodate all of my belongings in one travel trip.CHANEL H.

I have used U Haul all over this country for years and the Crockett location is by far the best location that I'be been. They are not only very polite, but accommodating as well. I had forgotten to reserve a dolly, etc and they had them!! The truck was extremely clean and ran great. My contact was Susan Green and she was awesome!! She made the check out and check in process painless and very quick and easy! I will continue to rent from this U Haul.JANET W.

Instead of being wrongfully charged $152.00, I would have preferred a clarifying phone call. I made the reservation online and modified it in Tyler, TX, when I picked up the truck. I do not know where the error occurred. My contract number is 26845909 and my phone number is 972.415.6447.CHANEL V.
there was a flat tire so Ihad to come right back and they had a u-haul service truck come out and fix it . I will say they were very nice as I had to wait for hours for the service guy. Then to top it off I had set my paper work down on the table top and I guess the guy that was sitting there got mine and not his .so I had no clue as to gas that I started with or to where I was to drop it off at .this was not there fault at all I should have kept my paper work on me . Mrs.Susan was great !!!!!!!! All thought having the flat made me miss my dropping of the 6ft 7in EAGLE to the Hearts Veteran Museum in Huntsville that afternoon as we had set up for and payed guy's to be there! had to eat that money and then to be charge the extra gas because I had to take the truck home and go the next morning did not sit well with me. We are a non profit Combat vets Association that was taking a eagle to a nonprofit Veteran Museum ! I did try call your corp. office got no call back!!!JOLENE RENEE H.
Remind customer when picking up the truck about utility dolly. Educate the customer a little more about driving with a auto dolly attached to truck, i.e., back up or NO backing up.JOE C.

Trailer had a flat tire agent had no desire to help We had to spend 45 mins on the phone with roadside service then wait 90 more mins to have a repair person come 50 miles to repair tire. We lost over 2 1/2 hrs of our planed day. Trailer tire was flat when we arrived to pick it up.Joseph T.
There should be more training for the people that work or working at your different locations we were treated poorly charges didn't match what I was told over the phone when I made the reservation there was never anyone that walked us around before We received the truck the ramp was broken tail light was out on the car dolly and I was told that the woman who checked us out told the woman that was with me that if I got an attitude with her that she would cancel my reservation also the fuel line on the invoice was incorrectPeople at the drop off location were very friendly and courteous and I'm very disappointed and getting a charge for fuel after I was told we are to fill it up that would be acceptable and that I would not be getting a chargeStella H.

My uhaul wasn't clean. I had to clean it when I got in and out of it. I paid for 55 miles. But I only want 44.3 miles. They keep all my money. When I get to Lufkin tx. I didn't think that was right.Hilliary K.
