I think there really should be a person on site. I got creeped out feelings of a truck (not Uhaul) that pulled in parking lot at sign and just sat there. Then a homeless person was going around to ppl at car wash across the road. It’s not real safe to just be told when get to site w gps how to get the uhaul. This was at 10 am I was aware of my surroundings. Someone could try to take the truck from you.
PAMELA STrailer was in poor condition and I had to take the trailer to another location to get it fixed causing my family and I to wait for repairs to be made this caused me time and money and I had to use an extra day of vacation because of my extremely late arrival time. We did not notice the bad tire until the trailer was fully loaded and missing safety chains.
