It is a lengthy process which was frustrating. And needing to pick up a truck at 6 in the morning and you wanting to call and verify two people at that hour is completely unfair. The lock is difficult to undo and to lock back up.

Make sure that a scheduled pick up can actually pick up at that location, then when the location gets changed by U-Haul due to the pickup location being closed. Dont charge the extra miles that occurred from having to go to a facility much further away than scheduled

PORFIRIO OThe wrong truck was assigned to me, I opened the back of the truck and it was full of roaches. I ordered a furniture dolly, regular dolly and furniture pads. Only got the regular dolly and they attempted to charge me for all 3. Never received a phone call to go over my charges, I was just billed minus the items I didn't recieved, If it was a option I would give Uhaul a negative star
