I was redirected a day before to a location that did not have the trailer I had rented. The person there couldn't help me, so I contacted the dispatcher (via phone number provided in text) who sent me to another place where I picked up the trailer.Kelly I.
I have been to many Uhaul locations, and this is the worst of the worst. Zero customer service. If you enjoy the thought of maybe getting mugged or carjacked, I think this is the place for you. And no customer service whatsoever. This place is pathetic.Kevin S.
I returned my vehicle same day. I was having trouble with the 24/7 return yourself. The manager Larry came out to assist. He told me he would turn the vehicle in without charge. The next day the vehicle wasn't returned. I called the office spoke with Kyle. Kyle said Larry will return the vehicle when he gets back he was off Sunday and Monday and he wouldn't charge me. Well Tuesday comes and I was charged. Now im going through hell to get reimbursed. BTW they never answered their phone Tuesday so I ended up calling the 800 number. Ginger was helpful, but the gentleman â€œhelpingâ€ us with our rental seemed put-out to hook-up or check back in the trailer. The facility is very clean & well kept overall, however the trailer we rented had a bunch of dirt/sand left in the bottom that hadn't been washed out. Since it was raining, this stuck to the items we moved. Seems Uhaul needs to update their system for customers to easily return items during business hours because they had no idea how to take the inventory back once we'd finished. However, because of Ginger's positive attitude & overall cleanliness of the location I would recommend to use.Haley H.

I'm am not satisfied with the rental bill that I got. They charged me more then they should when I clearly drop the trailer at 11:55am and also have pictures of the time of drop off. When I got the trailer the guy only told me that I had to have it back at 12:30 he didn't even mention to me that they didn't open till 1:00.Jose A.

We had to wait 20 minutes after they opened for someone who knew how to check in equipment to arrive. We were overcharged for our rental by $220. Had to call UHaul to research the charge. Now have to wait for an Area Field Manager to approve our refund.Lisa P.

Customer service off the bat was frustrating and disappointing. I rented a 10' truck and was told I had to bring it back to that location, but that was never communicated to me in emails. I then had to get a 15' truck, which was not swept before and had glass in it. Process took much longer than anticipated. Really dissatisfied with overall experience, including the quote on the price which was much different online.Sarah W.

Definely don't like the reservation part I wasted almost 4 hrs of my time with the corp. Office calling me telling me they fixed everything but didn't had to have another rep try to discount 50 dollars but it didn't make the situation better communication and notes need to be push on the team members horrible experience this time for the corp. My vehicle indicated a problem with the lights on the trailer not working. The young man checked it out and could not find a problem so he sent me to a bigger rental place in the area to switch out the trailers. He was very concerned about out safety in driving.
