Location is good and easy access to I80. The check-in process is definitely flawed. The individual who led me to the truck was like "there it is" and was of little assistance as to the truck's features, limits and/or particulars. Furthermore, the individual failed to instruct me on the U-Haul App and allowed me to drive off property without doing a full inspection as required by the U-Haul App. When I tried to initiate the process from my point of moving it wouldn't allow me into the App. When I called for clarifying information I was told it had to be done at the office and I can NOT come back because I have already driven off of property. I tried to call national U-Haul but spent 10 min on the phone only to be dropped. Not the way the process of pick-up should have gone.

Paul KThe whole process was simple and easy, the only thing I would mention is the condition of the truck. It was clean and working well, just that the shock absorbers seem like they need replacement, driving in the freeway the car was too bouncy (loaded) to the point of risking losing control.
MARIO DEverything went very smoothly. Truck performed excellent. I was impressed at how good the gas mileage was.
