The truck was filthy and sticky inside the cabin. The cabin also smelled horribly of BO. The back of the truck had a ton of dirt inside, nails, and napkins that had to be cleaned before I could put my items inside it. There was only one truck at this site so I had no other option than to take the truck and clean it myself. I don't understand why I had to drive 30 minutes away when there were several UHauls close to my house. The online reservation is a joke.
Esther BI honestly have nothing I can even pull from that needed improvement with my experience. I had the best customer service agents. The friendliest and most helpful and knowledgeable. BARRY SThe guy who owns the place said that U-haul never told him that we had an 11 am pick-up and didn't show up to work until about 1:30 in the afternoon which really messed up our move since we were running on a tight schedule. That being said even though he claimed it was U-Hauls fault he also had a few people show up while I was waiting that said they had appointments with him to work on their cars so I don't fully trust that he was telling the truth.
