I had a reservation at Azalea Rd in Lawrenceville. On the way there called and no truck was there. Call 800# they sent me to Clairmont Rd in Atlanta. When I got there no truck. The young lady there found me a truck in Decatur on Memorial Dr. Totally disappointed in this experience.CYNTHIA C.

Now the representative was okay. However they make you walk across the parking lot searching for the truck. Then once I found it. It was filthy. I prayed that covid wasn't in it. It smelt like smoke and nothing had been clean nothing. I travel with wipes and took photos of the dirt wipes and filthy interior. I had never been in a uhaul this nasty.ADRIA D.
When I came to return my truck, no one was there to receive me. After the person was paged he came outSide and just asked for the key and started typing things onhis phone. I'm outside with him. He's now checking the mileage and it begins to rain. I'm standing in the rain waiting for further instructions thinking I have to sign something. Disable the ability to make a reservation after a location closes. Then I wouldn't have ended up for at the U-Haul at 7:15 when it closed at 7:00 and have to sit outside looking at the manager playing on his phone for a fucking hour before he finally decided to leave and I had to corner him to help me out for a total 4 min. Before he got up, I called the U-Haul call center and they directed me to some truck share line, which, as expected, was a dead end. Going to call to ask for a refund.GUEORGUI T.
Next time please have the uhaul ready at the pick up time. No one should have to wait hours to receive a trailer they paid for for a specific time. ThanksCorey J.

Truck was in rough shape and excessively vibrated (at dangerous level) when driving above 40mph. The contactless check in was confusing and actually delayed pick up as I had to wait until my verification was approved.Corey W.
The young lady doing the check in got there after 9 and was subsequently rude to customers. Was told driver will pull truck up. Several customers waiting on trucks but no one told us which truck was ours. Poor early morning service. Suggestion, if you open at 9, workers should be there at 8:30. Doors opened at 9:10.THOMAS R.

i had to wait for the shop to open up / the office - we got there at 7am but the staff did not help us until after 7 15am the truck seemed pretty new so that was great and it was clean - the staff was helpful at check-out and accommodated my request since the truck was not ready the day prior when I was told otherwise as I orig requested the truck the day beforeGRACIA C.
Check system warning lights and address issues. Tire stability was off in my vehicle with several warning lightsChinedu O.
The plastic shield and masks at check in make communication difficult. The truck had a terrible wind noise from the driver's side window.GLEN H.
