I'm disabled and need a room near entrance and was given a room too far for me to possibly walk to and I'm requesting change in rooms asap because I can't get to my things. Thank you sincerely Jeanette Pelt 4049747554

And I asked them can they move my date to pay my storage and they told me no . So that caused my storage to be late consistently. I didn't get paid until afterwards . Well I reported it and they said they said they could change my date to pay , but I would have to do it with the store that I was working with but they never did . So they lied to me which I was aware that they could change it . And they also said they would refund me back my late charges for my inconvenience and no one ever did . Overall bad experience at the location I was at which is located at 3653 memorial drive Decatur Ga 30032. And I had other account issues with them as well but no I wouldn't recommend.

Was able to pay everything online and then staff directed me to the unit which was clean, tagged, and had the lock and key I had purchased waiting for me. Very thankful during a stressful time.
