Very slick. No hassle. Only negative was that we had to go get the trailer out of town. All other ones were booked in Saskatoon. Great service from the attendant. Was impressed for great customer service.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI had completed the required information to speed up the process of picking up the truck because I had movers booked an hour later and I had a 35 min drive to get back to meet them. The guy at the location was asking information that I had already completed then after 5-8 mins he said oh you already completed this. Then he proceeded to serve three store customers and made me wait while he was in the middle of finishing my booking. The dolly I had rented was not in the truck I had to wait for him to find that and bring it out. Then the truck was on 1/4 tank, I had to fill the truck. The windshield was really dirty, filled with bugs and dirt.
Krista PUpon return has 2 surprise charges. - extra kms. Never mentioned - gas. Corrected.
Trevor LThe pick up was difficult because all the work done on the app ahead of time didn't seem to matter and it all had to be done over again. The staff was friendly and helpful.
David SThe unit was unsafe and the accessories I ordered were not available.
