Truck was not delivered to place I booked. Had to drive 60 miles to pickup truck. Very Rude dispatch people on phone. Armondo and Mike. Then we booked help to unload from your site and Movers never showed up. Got charged first extra day of truck because of no show of movers. I will never use Uhaul again and will continue to spread the word of terrible service.Scott S.
We were to pick up the trailer in Thornton, CO. We got a call the afternoon before that we had to drive to Denver to get the trailer. This was definitely a bait and switch. I did not appreciate it. Why rent at a location that does not have the trailer I need?JAMES E.
Where do I start? I had two separate appointments. One to get the hitch installed and one to pick up the trailer. The night before both appointments I got a text late that they didn't have the parts I had reserved. I called a million times throughout the week only to be put on hold for hours on end. We eventually ended up rebooking online and going with a truck instead as we had no other option since we were MOVING which is why we reserved the equipment on a specific day. We reserved the truck for $1400 online and when we got there they said it would be $1700. Then we got the truck and it smelled like cigarettes. Lastly they double charged me. I called to have one charge refunded and the guy said he would take care of it but did nothing. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional and unorganized company. It is ridiculous to me that a moving company can't honor reservations as they know people have leases etc. so the dates they reserve are not flexible. I have talked to multiple people who have had similar experiences.PETER M.
I handled the transaction on line and the Uhaul guy kinda got onto me as I did not know how to complete the hookup without assistance, The place was busy with convienence store customers making my rental ore of a nuisance than should have been.ROBERT S.

The truck had not been cleaned in the inside and it's Covid y'all need to disinfect those trucks... there was a package of egg roll wraps n the truck which was also and indication that it was not cleaned after the last person narrowed it. When I returned the truck and 1230, one hour early and no one was in the office to check me back in with this truck. I then received a call two hours later asking me where the truck was.. when I returned it two of the employees we're working out side and the third employee was too busy on her phone to properly do her job and therefore make sure the truck was checked right.. not good y'all need to get that shit right... Employees need to greet the customers I should not have to look for someone to help me because they are busy in their cell phone. I asked her was she gonna come check the gas gage and she said don't worry about it so I left. Then to get a call that the truck was not checked in is very lame...SHAREE R.
When I dropped off the truck I told the rep that the truck was dirty when we picked it up and the dolly hadn't been attached but we didn't need it. He said he'd take $20 off the bill but that never happened. Plus I didn't get my deposit back. I'm very disappointed.Tessa C.

Truck cab was clean but had a faint odor of stale cigarette smoke. During my drive I discovered the cause: an ashtray full of cigarette butts. Just a reminder to please check the ashtrays when cleaning truck in the future. Otherwise I was very happy w/ the truck I received and the customer service at this location.STEPHANIE C.
This location had great customer service. Adelina and Cindy and the whole crew serving us saved the day of an otherwise nightmare experience with U-haul. This location and the staff were very efficient and empathetic to our bad experiences with 2 other dealers who gave our reservations away and had us driving hours to different locations across the state in Colorado. Overall it was a good experience. I would definitely use this place again and recommend it to anyone. The only improvement I would suggest is better wipers. We drove while it was snowing and wipers did not work well, we had to pull over to clean wipers because they froze.Nirma T.

Staff greeted me with the warmth of a concrete bench in the middle of a Chicago winter. Interaction with your employee was just pure function at best. Later in the transaction he warmed up a little. His actions were never base in malice or deliberate rudeness. I think he just needs more awareness and training. He's got potential to be great. The fact you let me keep the truck longer than I originally scheduled it for was fantastic. Some of your staff are excellent. Most just need additional training. Making people feel welcome goes a long way. It's often the difference between somebody returning and not.RONALD S.

When I stopped to drop off the trailer, non of the staff were wearing masks, in addition to this they would barely let me get a word out to talk to anyone about the dirty trailer and lack of blankets in the uhaul. They did refund me the $25 for the blankets but nothing for the complete layer of filth that is on everything. It event got into all of my boxes.SHANNON C.
The location really stepped up and made a bad situation ok. I reserved a 26ft one way online. I was called the day before and it was canceled. I was informed the only one way available was an hour away and was only a 10 ft. I wound up getting a 20ft that I had to return to the location I rented it from. The associate that assisted me with my pick up way absolutely amazing. SHE MADE EVERYTHING OK. Your company could use more people like her.LORNA P.

I don't appreciate being threatened to call the police on me if the vehicle wasnt returned. We had a snow storm the day before and we were snowed in 8 inches of snow. After threatening to call the police the manager charged my card for a week without letting me know and wouldnt give me a return date. I had to look all of this up on my own. The manager is disrespectful and quite frankly rude. That is not how you handle business. Someone from corporate needs to reach out and have a conversation with the manager. I was skeptical about using uhaul because of past experiences that were negative at other locations but this definitely changed my mind.
