Do not rent from here! This is not an official U-Haul location. It’s operated through a gas station. It took me almost an hour just to get the keys, even though I completed the entire check-in process myself. All she had to do was hand me the keys! The person working there had no idea what was going on, and even U-Haul customer service couldn’t get ahold of her. After nearly an hour, someone from U-Haul was finally able to reach her. Very frustrating experience and a complete waste of time!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisFrom pick up at 10:30 am, didn't have my truck sent me to a dealer (gas station on 76th and Pecos) ... just stop there if you rent a Uhal and they send you to a dealer!!! ... then it broke down, then the movers I hired were getting paid for lost time, then I was told to pick it up from 3 different people at a location that wouldn't give me a truck, then finally back in the road at 6pm to get the rest of my stuff, hire more movers, deliver truck to where I picked up the second one, get a call at 6:30 in the morning because I need to take the truck back to the dealer.

Jeanette RI marked the truck as clean at check in, but it wasn't. I didn't look in the bay. It was very dirty when we got it.
Lisa ZAfter arriving at the site, had to do everything over the phone. It worked, but I did not care for doing it that way. The vehicle was parked in such a way that it was dangerous to drive the vehicle off the site. Had to back out into a busy parking lot with limited visibility.
