Ensure vehicle is clean and free of dirt on seats and floor. Unit rented HAD HEAVY CIGARETTE Smell which was very irritating during relocating. I was extremely disappointed but had no other options of units to choose. Sterilize unit before placing on road for rent. In addition, conduct follow up with phone call 1 to 2 days prior to rental. No phone call was given and I had to call in a panic to understand that they didn't have a unit as planned/reserved. On a positive note female representatives at the location went above in finding a vehicle that wasn't available as promised per rental date. She was extremely kind and professional locating a unit at the last minute as promised.Anthony B.

I was instructed to call Uhaul upon arrival in Denver and set up a return location, the suggested location was more than an hour drive from my home. I called Thursday morning and the customer service representative said she would call the location and inform them of the drop off. The dolly was returned to my preferred location, I70 and Chambers in Aurora, on Thursday April 15 at 9:40am. We drove up to the designated customer drop off location and were greeted by Dwight. He walked around the tow dolly, said ok, and asked me to pull around to the back and drop the tow dolly. I asked for a return receipt and was instructed to go into the store. The staff inside was unsure how to do that. Finally, I was handed a piece of paper printed from the computer with the pertinant information. Upon checking my credit card account, I was charged twice for the rental, one amount of $443. 55 and $394.44. I phoned the Chambers location and spoke with Andrea, who was helpful, knowledgeable and professional, to get the charge refunded. It took several days and several additional phone calls for the refund to appear on my statement. Over the next five days I received multiple texts, phone calls and email asking when I was going to return the equipment. Answering each communication, I explained that the equipment had been returned. Yesterday 4/20 in the evening, I spoke with Lorenzo, from the Chambers location, again I explained that the equipment had been returned. He said that he would investigate the situation and attempt a resolution. Today, 4/21 a return receipt was sent to me by email. With the multiple phone calls, one again early this morning, again I returned the call, along with a text, double charges to my credit card and nearly harassing non-return accusations, I am left disgruntled with Uhaul. To place even further difficultly on this situation, when a message is left, the callers are not clear and I could not distinguish the callers name and who to call back, the ridiculous wait times for customer service and the incredible, what seems to be disorganized manner in which business is conducted, I am terribly bothered by the inconvenience of this rental and would be hard pressed to recommend Uhaul. I do believe, in the spirit of customer service and acknowledgement that I followed all stipulations of the contract, some sort of compensation should be afforded to me for this debacle of a business transaction! Uhaul dropped the ball!RICHARD G.

Im am extremely disappointed in uhal as a whole. No communication they were rude at a different location. My overall experience was horrible. And I dont know if I will ever recommend uhal to anyone or use them again in the futureJENNA W.
I just really want to give a shout out to Brandon and Alberto. We originally booked to pick up a van at a close location but they didn't have a van on site so Brandon called and worked with Alberto to ensure a van would be available for us the following morning for our needs. Alberto even called to walk us through how to find the key for the van as we were picking up before 9 am. Brandon sent us a video on how to use the app to check in and get access to the van without the help of a staffer on site. It was one of the best experiences I have had with uHaul and a lot of it had to do with the excellent customer service provided by both Brandon and Alberto. Thank you!Kristen H.

My experience with Sable storage in Brighton was great. My initial experience, with your telephone rep was sub par at best. I initially was told that the 8'x12' trailer was not readily available and that someone would get back with me within the hour. After a day of waiting , and being on hold for an hour, I resolved to deal with an affiliate in person. Upon investigation, it was discovered that my account had been forwarded to another facility unbeknownst to me; a facility that also did not have the trailer size requested. Eventually we resolved to part with some less essential items and use a smaller sized trailer.Greg M.
