first of all, the reservation was 2 days late, changed location, and caused me to have to hire help from u-haul because that put me on a weekend and short notice.
Upon pickup of my truck, i attempted to do the self serve pickup. The truck I was assigned was not on the lot so I had to get help. Ellis was my clerk. He informed me that I couldn't find my truck because he gave it to someone else. He assigned me a new one. When he asked if I wanted insurance I decline. He then looked at me funny and said “you sure? You know what they say about women drivers.†I brushed it off. Then when he asked about the mileage I gave him an over estimate and he said “I'm gonna go ahead and put more than that.†Then when everything was finally done I went to exit the facility I tripped over a pallet of boxes that had a loose flap and severely cut my leg.

This Team was Amazing! Very smooth operation! It should be this simple. (Customer: I need a truck to move some things. U-Haul: Great we have trucks for you. Customer: Nice! U-Haul: Here is the truck bring it back when your finished.) It literally felt that simple.

Everything went great no problems at all! I left there with a 6 x 12 trailer feeling very confident and well-informed about my rental. The young man that helped me went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable towing the trailer! I will definitely recommend this location and use it again myself Thank you
Stated on my checkout paperwork that the gas was full it was not. I ordered a dolly got to the house opened up the back no dolly.

We can only use the double doors during hours they are open, which is very difficult when we have so much to move.

The location, the staff, the truck, and the equipment were all great, The nightmare was the ridiculous restriction that forbade me from making a 48 hr reservation two weeks prior to my scheduled pick up. The policy forced me to make several calls to UHaul over several days, getting conflicting information and on at least one occasion rude "attitude" from one of your call operators. I had to make several changes to hotel reservations which cost me unnecesary time and money while I sought UHaul reservations in two states in order to meet the needs of my move. The 24 hr restriction on truck and equipment rentals is a midless policy and needs to go.
Please update your computer system, shouldn't take over an hour to check equipment out.
We were supposed to return truck before closing, but came shortly after 7pm. I did call to say we were running late, didn't think i would be charged.
