There was a problem with my bill and the clerks called for me and informed the person of nothing that I pointed out to them. Then the person I was supposed to get a call from never called. Them when I went to close my storage unit out there was no clerks around I was about to call while in the lobby. She had a bad attitude when she finally came in and I informed her I never got a call then she turned it around and said I talked to the wrong people but I talked to her. Unprofessional and the elevator I thought was going to break down there was no inside left part of the door. Glad I’m gone.

I went to 5 different locations to rent and return my equipment. U haul sent me all over the world. Also I didn’t get the size equipment I rented and I had to throw away items.
