The employee greeted us with "You are supposed to call before you returned your truck". Not very welcoming. It took 45 minutes to return the vehicle. I would recommend the location simply because it brings business to this side of town.William G.

I checked it back in on the phone and got charged for an extra day. I did not leave it for the crew to check in. I scanned the barcode and took picture. We had issues from the start as to the file having pictures or not. Also why am I getting charged more miles when I am under the original set I had estimated and paid for. The recipet needs to be better clearly scanned/submitted cause you can barely make out the numbers.Amanda B.
Set up for 2 days (pick up at 7am) about a month in advance. When I picked it up I was informed I could only use one day(24 hours). Talking counterman into letting me return at 3:00pm (32 hours) the next day due to it going back out at 4:15pm. Also 2 other trucks the same side still sitting in the lot when picked up and returned.BLAKE F.

Revamp your website for checking equipment back in. I had several attempts to check my vehicle back in, and it timed out every time. So, I had to pay the $20 extra, and now think it was a cash grab in your part.SCOTT S.

I had a poor experience with uhaul, not this location. I ordered a 26 foot truck online for 7 hours from the nearest uhaul to me (within 5-10 min). I got called the day before advising the location didn't have this truck, but the location on Douglas next to Merle hay had a 20 ft truck that I could have for the same time (7 hours). It was only going to add 5 min to my trip and I figured that would be okay. I got to the merle hay location on Douglas, and saw the receipt on my email showed it for 4 hours instead of 7. They confirmed they didn't have a truck for me for 7 hours and offered me to go to the Hubble location for on the other side of town (a 15-20 min drive) to be able to get a 17 ft truck for a day. The location at Hubble was very friendly and gave me a discount for the inconvenience, but the whole process was just a bummer and needs to be improved. Uhaul can do better than this and I will be sure to look into other rental companies the next time I need to use a rental truck.LAMAR T.

More help. Mike drove my truck up and gave me the keys. Outside was ok and he went inside. I then noticed the gas was close to 1/4 instead of 3/8 and there were 3 other parties in line. Did not have the time to wait to get it corrected. I'd think the gas is the first thing to look at for the uhaul rep to verify.Timothy P.

The entire truck was dirty! Inside it was apparent it had not been wiped down , let alone SANITIZED!!!!! Cup holders were gross, steering wheel was sticky. The back very clearly had not been swept. The outside of the truck was filthy clearly had not been washed in quite awhile. Lastly, the truck was struggling to go the 55-65 speed limit. Worst truck i have ever rented. $145.00 gross experience.Linda T.

Figure out your website if u continue to do no contact pick up 24/7. Staff could show more urgency to customers in-line. Atleast a "state your purpose" from whom ever is stocking bundles of boxes. Waiting on my pending transactions from this place. Spent more time ever pickin up rental! U wld think the truck would be parked conviently not the 2nd to last in a row of four + an island + a single truck parked for next row of rentals. GollyTiyanna W.
The â€œreturn dateâ€ on the paper says 12:00am and the day after your actual return date. That was confusing to me. I thought I was supposed to bring it back the next day before midnight and was almost charged more. Thankfully a staff member was understanding and waved the extra day fee for me.BRET D.
I extended my rental for 4 days. I called in everyday and paid rental fees, added miles, and protection plan for each day. They are still trying to charge me 200 dollars for things I've to already paid for!! Also on 2 days when I called in, I mentioned that the windshield wipers didn't work which is why I had to extend my rental in the first place due to the rain/snow mix I couldn't see to drive to get my items moved. Also, when I called in to extend my rental the guy answering the phone put me on hold for 20 min. I hung up and called back and he starts laughing and said he forgot I was on hold.
