Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisA++++++++ all the way. Dina was so great to work with, she explained everything. Customer Service was awesome and I will definitely work with this location again.
Jim CThe trailer was not compatible with our truck. The chord was not long enough. Trailer did not have a spot to put a lock. Your old ones did. Could have been stolen. I called customer service got transferred to road side who said new trailer shouldn’t get stolen if loaded properly. I had it loaded properly and it could come off. It was not a full load. I am disabled and had to sleep in a rest stop in my vehicle. Not amused about any of this.
Michael MIt was a great experience, I can't think of anything they could have done better, they were helpful in aspects necessary
Desiree DI was there after hours, so no personal. However, the return process via U-Haul app and the clarity of return key box location, available parking, safe feeling smooth return. Thank you
