No rental tools ie dolly, appliance dolly, blankets, all i paid for in the reservation. None of that was available. Truck was dirty both in the cab and the box at the time of rental. I swept it out prior to return.

Dustin V.The employees didn't know how to make a reservation for customers who walk in. I was told go online and make my reservation. They did give me the truck description ( jh) is what I needed , the 26 foot truck. Overall it seemed that renting from them was not a important to them.
