Make the lockbox work properly. Provide the equipment I rented (a dolly) and not the equipment I didn't (furniture pads). Be very clear that you need to have an extra contact available, instead of hiding it at the bottom of the email. Every step of this process was so much harder than it needed to be!Jenna C.

Tire pressure should have been checked to avoid having to use Roadside Assistance to replace a tire. Roadside Assistance personnel were great and determined a screw in the tire. Nice communication from Roadside Assistance. We did not receive an email prior to check-in b/c email address was incorrect. Billing information was confusing.don O.

When making my reservation, I was not fully apprised of the charges. I did not know there would be a $5 Environmental Fee, and I was also not told there would be a charge of 16% tax. Everything at the location was great; speedy, friendly service!david F.
I am extremely upset with the location of my pick-up. I specifically requested a location because it was the closest to my old apartment and the new apartment as well (only 2 miles from each other). The estimated price including milage was supposed to be around $40. The day before I was supposed to pick it up I got an email saying pick-up was at a different location and I didn't even have time to call to see what happened. This place was so far away that it doubled the amount that I had to pay, and I will not be using u-haul again.annie D.

Exceptional service and cleanliness! I would recommend this location in a heartbeat! Interesting enough I rented a unit from Tn two -three months ago and had no where near the pleasant experience as I had today! Please if possible CLONE this service center...actually expand it so others can have the same opportunity. Computer system was down when I arrived, but fortunately the employee was able to complete my transaction using a Smartphone App. She said the system had been down for awhile, so they just need better Technical Support. Staff was very nice and the rental process was smooth. I was a little alarmed at the extra fees; I ended up paying much more than just the daily fee and the insurance. The parking lot of this location is a mess to navigate with large trucks. It is full of vehicles. Are they for sale? There are huge pot holes at the entrance.Steven D.
