Tried to charge more and say we owed for more gas and added miles when we filled it to the same amount as when we picked it up and only drove it to the specified location!

It couldn’t have been easier to rent and return the U-Haul. The agents at both ends of the trip were helpful and friendly.
Kendall PThe person at the counter refused to look up my reservation and then proceeded to change my reservation 3 times. It was 1 way and he changed it around to where I was scheduled to return it back to the same location then argued i made the reservation wrong even though i brought it up on my phone with the correct information. We contacted the uhaul location at 295 US HWY 51 bypass south (Mitch) and he was great and helped straighten out our original screwed up order. If there is any choice, use Mitch and skip the tiger express location 2800 E Court street
