I added my tax card to have the order tax exempt this was not the case. I physically gave my Indian status card to the Uhaul person and still there was GST added even apon returning the truck. I'd like the get refunded back to the credit card please.

Donna GI had to wait 15 mins in and 20 mins out in my booked time for the vehicle. The fuel was not filled up to 7/8 but when I returned it, it was expected to be filled up. That aside, for distance, I was charged in miles rather than kilometres, when odometer was in kilometres. I will definitely not recommend this location, nor will I ever use it again.
