Dropping off the lady barely spoke English and couldn't answer any of my questions. Vehicle had garbage from previous users in the doors. This whole U-haul experience was a joke. Pretty disappointed.

Katherine PSame - I strongly recommend each customer return the rental vehicle with a full tank of gas. It was not possible for me to guess accurately and I overspent by overfilling. In addition, I was charged an extra $3 for going over what I thought was additional mileage to the rental agreement after having agreed to return the vehicle at a dealer located further away from my place of residence. This also resulted in a $15 uber ride that I otherwise wouldn't have needed because the original dealer was walking distance from my home. I request consideration of reimbursement for these added costs - $18 total. Thank you.
