This location is obviously not a U-Haul store or storage vacility. This is a truck parts store. I asked if I could buy a paddlelock for the truck and was told "No. They didn't sell them." The person was friendly but not really interested in my renting the U-Haul truck.
JAMES HHave your people communicate proper return of equipment. I returned my truck same day ands I am now being charged a month later again another fee for another 4 days and didn’t have the truck for 4 days more. It was returned same day. The place I took back to is trying to say I didn’t return it. The guy at place does not understand English and is very disrespectful. Very unprofessional.
