I was informed at the last minute of this pick up spot. I was informed this place would be open at 1pm. I arrived at 1pm no one was there. I spent hours on the phone with customer service. The app wasn't working properly. When I finally received the key. The truck was already in locked. The box was dirty as is someone was living in it. The can was filthy dirty floor boards etc. I had to remove the trash and food wrappers from the box. It stated 7/8 tank if fuel it was slightly above 3/4 full. I took a photo..
