I got there around 1:30 and there was a note on the door saying that they want to be back until somewhere around 2:30 and I was on a Time basis of getting things done and had to wait until after 2:30 to do what needed to be done.

Riccardo SWe reserved the trailer. When we arrived it was ready. No issues, all good.

CHARLES CWorker knowingly gave us a truck that had a failed tire sensor issue, that led to the tire having a blow out on the highway. Luckily nobody was hurt. On the morning of pick up he had the keys before even knowing we were there, when I told him that was the truck we were picking up, he said "I was going to switch it out, but its your problem now" after handing us the keys and immediately walking away. I would never recommend this location to anyone, not with someone working there who could care less about putting someones life in danger and knowing the truck had an issue with it and was too lazy to swap out the vehicle. Do not go here.
