Inside cup holders dirty & sticky. Other then that truck was decent. All the picture taking is a bit much, but in these times I get it. The account process should be informed of upon rental beginning. In a pandemic world I can see why it is the way it is.

Peter JI had my credit card on file but was going to have a person give their credit card over the phone when turning the truck in. This person didn't know how to do it, made a phone call and that person said it couldn't be done. The truck had to go on my account when I couldn't afford it. Very stressful, especially since the guy was only interested in getting out the door at 4. I showed up at 330.
Kelly KThere is no secured box the wordlock could fit in. Since this was a online pick up this was not the location I chose when I reserved the truck online. In fact this location was a 20 mile round trip from where I moved from. The wordlock was very hard to open because it needed oiled.
Vernon FYou charged me 6 weeks later for mileage overage which only happened because uhaul changed my ouch up place to twinsburg which is MUCH farther away than Mantua my original pick up place. I was told uhaul was going to add those extra miles in with NO charge and yet 7 weeks later it’s taken from my bank acct
